The simple agreement that applies when you order from Chef In De Box.
Orders for that week's Sunday delivery must be placed before Thursday 12:00 PM Sydney time. After cutoff, your order moves to the following week. You'll always receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
Weekly subscriptions renew automatically every Thursday at noon for that Sunday's delivery. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel any time before the Thursday cutoff by replying to your confirmation email — no fees, no questions asked.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time each order is placed or each week's subscription renews.
We deliver free within our Sydney zone (approximately 6km of Newtown) on Sunday afternoons. Pickup from Zetland is always available. If you're outside the zone, contact us and we'll let you know if we can help.
Meals are cooked Sunday morning and delivered the same day, chilled. They should be refrigerated immediately and eaten within 4 days, or frozen on arrival for up to 4 weeks. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
We flag common allergens on every meal card, but our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, fish and shellfish. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
If anything is wrong with your order — missing items, damaged packaging, quality issues — email us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement on your next order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is whichever is on this page at the time you place your order.
